I'd much rather that large hot with 3 creams from McDonalds.My bet (and I reserve the right to be wrong) is that the most important ingredient in a gourmet shop is marketing. 

Jeremy is right, if you have a good system then there's nothing wrong with buying out of state, but I'm guessing for your first one, the system is still in the works.

Maybe, we're all wrong and it's still time to go all in.

There is also a larger variation in the quality of the equipment and if the wrong system is sold to you, it could be useless.

So wrong, and so sad, on so many levels.

You have some components of your posts that have some components of being partially correct but if you are not completely correct on all components of your post, you are wrong.

Secondly, there isn't anything wrong with knocking on someone's door or approaching them in a public place.
