I would imagine 2-3 units could be built on the property depending on the specs and I would like to be able to start the build in the next year to two years.

Hello Bigger Pockets,I just completed construction on a 2-flat which was built on an empty lot. 

The property was built in 1904 so please also check my numbers for repairs.  

I drove to the property today and the houses in the area were pretty nice, which gives me more confidence in the town in that it does not appear to be dying.

Have you found a company that will do it for 8% or do you plan on self managing and have just built that in?
