Hi BP,This tip could be considered as an addition to @Brandon Turner & @Joshua Dorkin's article about 7 clever ways to find new real estate deals found here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/02/2...I've recently discovered a new way of finding new deals that aren't necessarily on the market.

He has good material and I've learned a few tips so it was worth the time even if I didn't get the excel.

I use a tool (app) called Property Evaluator Pro.

This HOA has low fees for this area, not even sure if they allow rentals, any tips on due diligence checking out the neighborhood HOA before purchase?
