Doing an installment sale isn't a sale that attempts to obtain excess equities.Need to expose your foreclosed properties to the market, not sell from backroom deals.Selling to an investor for cash is fine, an equity loan is a horse of a different color, residential or commercial.

Under the water law, landlords may bill tenants separately for water if all of the following requirements are met Landlord has installed submeters that measure actual water used in your apartment; Landlord has installed low-flow fixtures;Your tenancy started on or after March 16, 2005 Previous tenant was not forced out; There is a written rental agreement that spells out water bill arrangements; and Landlord has filed proper certification.

A recent article I read somewhere quoted an overly aggressive email from a Remax exec chastising agents that weren't steering buyers to their in-house programs.Either occurs during the good times, aka bubble, when a profitable service or retail business wants a bigger piece of an industry pie, such as the (lateral integration) when Lowes and Home Depot expand from just selling windows to installing windows.
