All the terms etc. seem pretty standard.  

There are many reasons why an employee might not be performing up to your standards and it can take time for them get back on track or even worse, they never recover from their performance slump at all.

Next, we wanted to know what NEEDS to be covered while consulting an attorney for this partnership, is there a standard overview of this that everyone follows?

Then, there's people that don't want to do anything for the homeless, but complain they are defecating everywhere when there's no facilities for them to use restrooms, and for good reason, they use them for doing drugs, having sex, and trash them.

The facility is beautiful but wondering significant downsides like income, vacancy etc..
