You really need to be up to speed on your landlord/tenant laws in Oregon before you agree to this arrangement.

We don't care about speeding tickets (usually)... but drug and violence related issues that are newer would be a no go for us.  

That way you could just send that over to them and based on deductible and insurance. they will approve it and send funds via direct deposit or check. speeds up the process of getting funds since they have a figure to get it back to livable conditions.

Will them come back in the middle and use more speed and force to push the snow to each end of the buildings.

That may take 3-6 month to increse teh scores back up but there are some tricks to speed up the process.

Hey @Leon Lee, so everyone else touched on things pretty well.Most complaints will be around WiFi passwords, connection speeds and the like.Make sure the SSID and password are posted right in the living room or wherever.

However, buying a distress property and managing your rehab, it will definitely speed up your learning process.
