Obviously we want to be sensitive to the situation but we also cannot have a room sit vacant forever. 

I told them I may have to bring my camper over on a weekend and sit back and relax .

I may never see it, but it will still sit on his credit and cost him other things in the future.

I understand some people do show properties when it is occupied and that may result in filling faster vacancies, but in my experience I have found tenants respond better to vacant properties.If you have a property that has been sitting on market for a few weeks what tactics do you use if any? 

I’d rather pay a friend $200 for a night than not make $750 while it sits empty for two weeks.

I am sitting here with my flips still going strong.Sorry...I simply do not see the logic in exchanging 7M for a $6K/month paycheck.

They typically sit on the market longer when they're flips, and they rent out slower and for less money when they're a BRRRRs.

Ideally your EMD is sitting with an Escrow.  

BUT with all this going on with the virus I am sitting back waiting , knowing  when things settle down there will be deals to be had .
