It's essential to work closely with experienced professionals, such as real estate agents, attorneys, and escrow agents, to ensure a smooth and legally compliant transaction from start to finish.

I think the furnishings ended up coming out really clean, we were thrifty with doing it but between that and the professional photos it made the property show really well.

Also, he does not have self-certification so I was thinking to use a self-certified professional since I am already delayed with permits.
