Hey, been in contact with a seller that has 7 total mobile home lots, all have own utilities, 5 lots have old mobile homes on the lot, one was bought and 4 others empty.  

Long story short, I’m thinking of a couple ideas. 1- Sub dividing (if capable) into three lots, and putting in two Mobile homes (cheaper then building another duplex). 2- Making a self service storage facilityWhat are your thoughts, tips, and reactions?

Does ANYONE have any ideas on how I can mobilize on this?

I am currently in the process of selling single wide mobile homes that are twice moved.

Hey guys,I'm curious what people are seeing for turnaround time on commerical purchases and refinances.I'm going on 4 months for a refinance on my mobile home park and its driving me insane.I think the fastest refinance I've ever had was in the 60-70 day range.

We have also purchased 5 mobile home parks this year and some small multi-family properties.  

CrowdStreet is my favorite of these platforms, but Brandon Turner has a nice Mobile Home fund going with his company Opendoor Capital LLC.

I do work in the insurance industry for commercial truckers, so I have a few connections with Mobile Home Moving trucking companies, and one trucking company even said they move all mobile homes deemed total losses by claims departments in the area,  "which aren't that bad actually if you have someone willing to do slight repairs".

For example, is your MHP actually zoned as a "mobile home park"?
