I can't believe that it's only bad luck.I'm sure there are many people who have had a good experience with FTF but it's made out to be an easy, passive investment with good returns. 

some people mix them together (which only makes me remember less  lol)And like i said, it may sound nice to bring deductions to your 1040, but in the larger scheme it may not be a good idea or a sign of something else is wrong.Definitely consult a qualified professional about your situation.

It’s not as hard as you think and if this Amtrak attracts more people to Scranton, not only will they not want to live in an old run down house but they’ll likely have the money to rent or buy something newer.

There are people still moving to TN, which will continue to push pricing up, and while most of the country has seen rents either flatten or go down, most of these markets have done pretty good.Problem is in the short term it may  cause an affordability problem, especially in the smaller markets that don't have enough building.
