@Steven YoungI dont think there is an official "correct" answer but if I was in your position where you're looking at your primary residence, I would do the HELOC over the cash out.... my situation was a little different in that I was looking at a cash out or HELOC on an investment property in the name of my LLC so Cash out was really my only option.Thanks, feel free to message me for brainstorming or let me know how you decide to proceed and good luck!

The meetings officially start at 6:45pm and in the beginning of each meeting they allow for a sort of "open mic" period where anyone can speak to announce properties they have to sell, what they are looking to buy, or just give an example of a recent deal they have done.
