@Jackie F. there is a tax status called a "Dealer"   which is very negative if you are categorized that way by the IRS.

Otherwise, when you come to refi conventionally, you WON'T be able to borrow enough to clear you back to your original status before you borrowed from your HML.If you leave any of your own deposit (or previous borrowings) in the deal, then it's not helping towards a REPEAT after all!
