Real Estate, short-term management business groups in Miami and its surroundings ?

I haven't quite decided yet, it will be a flip or rent, probably rent to be honest. 

We manage 30-40 and leave it at that.

I hear risk mitigation and taxes often....from what I understand (but could be wrong) pass through entities like LLCs don't impact taxes all that much and a good insurance policy is much better on the risk management front than an LLC that may or may not be ran properly.

I have a rental property behind the University of Central Oklahoma and I am having trouble deciding whether it’s more than I can handle or if I should struggle through and keep the investment.
