Hello everyone, I am a new investor in New York mainly trying to focus on wholesaling and I am also new to the BP community.

However, because there wasn't a lot of building done in 07-14 we are behind on the amount of needed inventory so buyers are just moving further out from the main business areas and commenting which is putting pressure on transposition to keep things moving well. 

My main focus is multi-unit apartment buildings & industrial/warehouse space.  

If you are looking for something near the stadium its mainly condos which have HOA's and aren't STR friendly at all and homes in the historic district.

I am mainly interested in buy and hold, multifamily. 

I would argue that "risk tolerance" isn't much of a factor because you don't have to cash out all of the equity.
