If you've booked the high-risk tenant, the excellent tenant cannot get the opportunity to stay with you.

We missed multiple large expenses.

If you did, your name is in public view when your entity is searched via the secretary of state website.

Try to find someone that will partner with you on large entitlement deals.

So you click a link to a profile and from there you find some nice looking websites, before you know it you're thinking of sending $50,000 or even $100,000 to someone you've never met except over the Internet. 

It is a major tech hub in the midwest with large companies like Intel investing $20 billion, Amazon investing $3.5 billion, Google building 2 new data centers: one in downtown Columbus and the other in right outside of U.S. 33 in Lancaster.Currently, there are only 3 C class areas in Columbus.
