Most banks seem to be at at a standstill with the coronavirus.For the smaller loans local banks will be your best bet but you will need to be a strong borrower with good cash reserves.

The court may be willing to hear this case if presented as a matter of squatters / hold over versus not non-payment related.Your best bet may be going after mom legally.

Longer leases only benefit the tenants as they tend to leave whenever they want, so all you’ll be doing is guaranteeing no rent increases for the next couple years (and actually a rent reduction if you agree to the discount).If they’re really saving up to buy a house of their own, they won’t likely be moving anyway until they’re ready to buy (and then they’ll move out the moment they do buy).I’m betting they’ll stay whether you discount the rent or not.
