Good afternoon Everyone, I've been interested in RE investing for awhile now, specifically multifamily.  

Just make sure you're not breaking any city rules when splitting the house.In most cases, you won't face issues if you split a house as long as you live there, but it's best to confirm with local regulations to be sure.

I've met various scopes from vesting title to 150+ year land-patent research for the oil and gas/energy industry, as well as power and pipeline ROW (right of way).However, I've started researching some foreclosure title for myself and to help some flipper friends in return for investing advice.

I know WV as a whole is a trickier state to invest in because as someone said on here, it's kind of a one-industry state, plus the opioid crisis has hit WV pretty hard.

Is that pretty typical across the industry?

By end of year I am estimated to have saved 45K.I am looking for alternatives to purchase more doors specifically the BRRRR method.  

My understanding as to the reason talking to local inspectors was the updated building codes made them uneconomical; specifically requiring that buildings with more than 2 units have to have fire sprinklers.

Won’t go into specifics but the refinance allows VA loan users to purchase a 2nd property.In 2021 rates were still low so I bought a 2nd property to eventually rent out.

I have read a few books and spoke to some friends in the industry.

Are there specific sites or processes to get into the list for  Fort Worth and McKinney to to list your property as a rental for section 8 tenants?
