Some on here get more bookings from VRBO, but from what I've seen most people in the Smokies get the majority of bookings from Airbnb (me included).

You mentioned "architect fees" and not all the others that are frequently required so I am not sure what your quote includes.

To get even more nuanced, are you including time involved in management and sourcing of the property to "cheap"?
