So check your policies, make your tenant have renters coverage, seriously make them, put in your lease no animals of any kind allowed unless specifically listed in the lease (you should do the same with the humans too) and pour the margaritas because it's time not to stress so much.

@Jonathan S.Covered and protected with his terms of lease agreement for that amount of time may bring to many possibilities and characteristics that may arise from his end such as sense self ownership, disputes, a sense of pride, the bigger brother, and so many flaws from his end as human that you are not aware of yet and aren’t willing to tolerate later.

As far as automation goes, there will always be more technological advances that make agents work harder, but even Mcdonalds that is going extremely automated still needs humans to run the business. 

But don't tell anyone with a lick of sense and a few years in this business that you're a decent human being in that story.
