this is a big debate subject on the whole wholesaling of property throughout BP  most wholesalers violate the rules in some manner but do it any way its just to hard to police, unless your turned in Like some have been in Ohio or Florida.You could simply hire them as an employee of course as long as they are not quoting terms or other duties .. that is what I did for years with my telemarketing team that worked leads for us.. they got checks and I paid tax's on them.
