The challenge will be if this extends on for a long period of time then the folks who have been operating with really thin margins could potentially get squeezed.John@John Barrett  You and I are at ground zero.

What they dont realize is its the FED buying and propping up the entire world.Real Estate has not really budged much in price [in most areas and it takes a long time to move the needle], its in a suspended animation phase, after a couple of months its either going to break out and get back to somewhat normal [like the rest of the world] or its going to crash downwards through to a level we have never seen. 

Until you find your go to contractor, get 3 bids from contractors during the due diligence phase with them looking at the inspection report. 

Still in the due diligence phase and it’s a different world since I put it under contract.  

@James Wise our realtor brings us different properties that are going to be up and coming on the MLS and does a lot of the ground work when it comes to seeing properties and sending us information when we can't physically go see them.

Often times a mobile home roof can be covered by a structure that has support to the ground and then covered by metal roofing with a slope on it.
