Grind hustle and save  

It was a grind to get there and will be a grind to get to where I want to be (which is transitioning to being a broker at CB and owning a couple of rentals to remain insulated from the inconsistent paychecks when being a broker) but when surrounding yourself with the right people has made those goals more within reach.

Keep grinding hard fellow investors and never settle for the minimums.

There’s something about drastically cutting expenses and grinding to get that first down payment. 

After the 1st month it is starting to become a nightmare because my neighbors tenants are extremely noise.

The rest is just noise, friendly or not.

Aside from it being more conforming, you need to consider that buyers will not want to be carrying groceries up a flight of stairs to the kitchen and having living space above the bedrooms causes plenty of foot traffic noise below for those sleeping.

Bobby, just keep growing and grinding out that knowledge and strategizing until you get the execution down!

Maybe tell someone to keep the noise down, or clean up their balcony. 

Downtown apts. are a grind due to lack of quality tenants and the high cost of maintenance on old run down properties. galvanized pipes in these old places are a nightmare.
