How would you rate the photography, description of the property, accuracy of the information?

No one because it's not in anyone's job description. 

My first question is, once you get the list, the properties are listed by their legal descriptions. 

I hope this description makes sense.  

You do not need to only look in your own geographic area.   

I may be missing something in your description or maybe I just don't know the entire story.
