I do not think however there is a real danger of collapse this is from a time when things were overbuilt I think they are 2x12 roof joists back when dimensional lumber was actually the quoted size and everything was hand nailed.

The question to ask yourself is can you find other deals like house #4 with fewer burdens attached?  

Hi there @Robert Shoffner At first I really didn't know where to begin, so I called a couple of places who had signs out that were renting out places and that led to someone who was starting up a STVR management company since the one lady that had been doing it was taking fewer properties on.

Any danger of the loan being called due will most likely occur in the first year anyhow so I am not sure how your strategy is any different.  

Very cheap homes are more dangerous, IMHO.
