@Nik Moushon I talked to the city and looks like they mentioned that the lots are grandfathered in asSingle FamilyMulti-FamilySingle Family  To rezone the lots would cause issues that with the multifamily retaining its status. 

There are some great Facebook groups out there as well, that we have found very helpful as we've expanded our portfolio in the past year. 

@Jay Hinrichs definitely a lot of vacations happening....on facebook it looked like half of the agents I know were out of town lol.August does tend to slow a bit traditionally as well while families get kids back to school etc too.Hope all is well Jay.

My best advice is using Facebook, because you can do all sort of laser targeting ....My friend has great success.

Craigslist/ Facebook could be good starts.
