Best Rewards Credit Cards, furnishing a 22 unit short term rental

Ryan Farnworth
Posted
I bought our first multifamily apartments in Ohio. I am making it into an oil workers house and doing a short term rental model. I need to furnish it and do some light remodel. I'm looking at buying 44 beds and multiples of other things. Do you have any recommendations on how to get better deals through Amazon or other sites with big orders? Do you have any rewards credit cards so you would suggest for this adventure? Thank you Ryan

A few ideas.  Capital One Business 2% cash back (but I think there may be a cap on the total).  AMEX Platinum (or Black if you qualify).  When I had my prior company I accumulated 2-million points that can transfer to any airline/travel, still have almost all of them for retirement travel.  Amazon pays 5% cash back - that was very useful furnishing two large homes.  Check out thepointsguy (search the term on the web).  He's the master!
