@Jerry Puckett good idea Have you ever heard of batchgeo.com you can take list of properties and paste them into that web site and it will show a map with flags of the properties that you entered..

Any ideas on a customizable direct booking calendar and invoicing web site add ons would be appreciated.

There are plenty of free web-based services that can assist with most or all of that.

By uploading the required information and supporting documentation via the service's web based interface, the process of verification was very fast and painless.  

The presentation should be seen both as the web page as a whole, what shape color, and structure it has as you skim over the page, and each individual paragraph should look appealing to read.
