This law is unconstitutional because it does not provide the tenant an opportunity to directly deny entry for a government rental inspection.

If they apply and are denied, but continue to having problems with the outcome we simply inform them that we have already reviewed their application and unless something has changed where they now meet the criteria that we consider the matter closed and will not be corresponding further.

If your houses are in nicer areas where the tenant base has more than enough cash paying tenants you'd probably want to rent to them & deny all section 8 tenants.

If any of the information provided is false it is grounds to deny an applicant.Credit score, evictions and criminal checks tell you a lot about a potential tenant.
