Every once and a while a contractor will quote a job I was planning to DIY (like bathroom vanity) for less than I thought I could do it for because they have left over parts from another job, this makes it an easy decision.

Activity will always be great when you buy right and make a great product.

I'm pretty sure this is allowed within California based on articles by CRES Insurance, but unsure about how to send clients to other state realtors as a finder.My question is: If I make agreements with realtors in various states outside California, can I send them clients and collect finder fees?

Hi Shayan,If it were me I would make an offer contingent on contractor walkthrough right at the asking price.

After way too much frustration, I decided to switch property managers, but the process has been a nightmare.

Pretty simple process if you're willing to pay the $1500.
