I have been doing some extensive research around 2 bed, 2 bath condos in those neighborhoods and looking into the building's rental policies in case I ever would like to move back to the northeast.

Hello BP community, I have the opportunity to purchase a 2 bed 1 bath ~800 sqft home within a few miles from me. 

Kid nowadays needs iPhone to travel just two miles.We are dumb.That's the time when BnB is actually "Bed And Breakfast", we use the actual taxi to reach somewhere in the city, rather than push a button from phone.

Upstairs unit is 5 bed 2 bath, first floor unit is 3 bed 1 bath, basement unit is 1 bed 1 bath.

This is that thing that drives you and makes you jump out of bed, even during your darkest day.

Looking at 3 bed+ and mostly of them are in the range of 350k+.

Some will allow the early termination with no charge if it is a very urgent matter such as a death or terminal illness to one of the leaseholders.

It's a 3 bed, 1.5 bath approx 900 sq in the Woodlands area ... kind of far from the lake and summit.
