Vacation rental in Big Bear City
Hey Folks,
I was thinking about investing in Big Bear City as one of my contacts has an off-market listing there. It's a 3 bed, 1.5 bath approx 900 sq in the Woodlands area ... kind of far from the lake and summit. Question is would people still pay to stay here as a vacation rental given the fact it's about 15-20 mins away from the lake?
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

yes. but it will be less $/night and occupancy so u have to figure that in your purchase price
