Seems like a potential issue if I stop working with them in the future and lose all access to the listing completely.I currently manage an STR in my local market, but a property manager I spoke to insisted that they handle all the setup on the OTAs vs having the listing under my account and giving them cohost/PMS access.This is my first time dealing with a property manager so I was wondering what everyone's experience is like in this business relationship.Secondary question:As an experienced cohost, do you care if it's an old or brand-new listing?

For their upcoming renewal, I would like to draw up a brand-new lease and add an updated pet policy so they will know my rules if I give written permission (they have asked us to consider a dog- which current lease says no pets, but considered case-by-case). 

Currently you can find 1000sqft apartments in decent neighborhoods starting at $45k and homes starting at $60k , this is info i found online Bolivia is one of those places where people are still old school and you find the best deals by word of mouth.

You dont "end it".... you just dont renew it when the current lease terms expire.

I am currently working with ADOR and some other parties for a solution to the problem.

The place is overgrown and currently not liveable but is on a town road and has water/electric/sewer.

We currently attend REIA's in FL & NC monthly so those states are mostly covered but still open to hearing about any great events!

Our current investments have been in San Diego and got lucky with appreciation and rental rates, but we realize that we need to explore out of California for an investment to make sense.
