I am really interested in bringing a driving range to the Rogers-Bentonville area because I am an avid golfer and I'm down in Arkansas a lot already and there is never any where to hit golf balls at besides country clubs.

Owner was out of country and we were primarily dealing with his attorney.

I know this is true in Missouri, but I am not 100% sure it is required in Kansas or the rest of the country.  

The only problem is I don't know what niche would be the most advantageous path given my current path of formal education. 

I just recently started my career path of being a real estate agent, and I really wanted to focus my attention towards real estate investors for a couple reasons...1) I want to invest someday, so it would be a great way to make connections.2) Repeat business is key in the industry.However, I want to know what investors are looking for.

Determining their concern and changing the structure of your deal to be compliant will be a much safer path than doing this yourself.

(lyrics in a song, I forget what song), but that is so true.More so with younger people than older people, but we are a lot like water or electricity, seeking the path of least resistance.

What I like about Logan Square is it seems to be on the path of progress.
