Hi, I’m looking for a reputable Tax Accountant who works with international investors to set up and maintain LLC, read some horror stories about the DIY off the internet LLC’s which cost investors big time.I contacted Corporate Direct and they are rather costly which I can understand being one of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Advisors, so I’m hoping to find someone who can offer the same at a more affordable rate considering I’ll be starting our with 1 property a year and that would preferably be a Turnkey option.

and if she chooses to give you some option or terms for purchase later that shouldn't complicate things with her 1031.Yep could work

My guess is that we are still on the cusp of a new paradigm of how syndicated real estate deals are marketed and how investors choose to invest.

I love the details of the lease and challenge of the tenants and even the hands on work that I still choose to do. 

I agree that there is more to choosing a good STR property than just occupancy and seasons, but I believe it is the strength that is the base of the pillar.You might be able to find great deals in areas that don't make it good for STRs.
