@Ryan Kucey If you can get the bank to fund the rehab, and a contractor to do the work, I would go with that option.But just quickly looking at your number, I’ve got a bunch of additional questions.- What’s the after repair value for the property going to be, if you do $25-40k in repairs vs renting as-is?
