In my experience once a tenant falls behind they never catch up and even if they do they end up falling behind again and again.

I also was able to catch the banks maintenance guy that was there and look through the front door.  

Have you seen detailed, recent photos of the inside?

You need to figure out a way to make rent their first priority and to catch up on the water bill and SD.

I am out $26K for a duplex through Catch 29 Development.

I read the first post, then the relpies, so I didn't catch it at first so i went back to see what was wrong, well, I was thinking that Farnce was only accross the channel from England and from Italy there is the Mediterranean.

Craigslist has brought us every single-family tenant we've had in the past 5 years.I'll echo the advice shared above to make sure you have a good ad, with good photos & a good description.

They were all wired in as shown in the photo's.

A. unless there is already a section 8 tenant paying it in this house, dont count on it happeningB. the repairs are more expensive than expected, if they arent....the neighborhood is garbage...which also means.......C. section 8 tenants wont rent here because they have better options.D.....the "section 8 rental is 1245-1500" line is a catch to get someone like yourself to buy a house like this.
