We're having a baby, and I can't make this year.

@Peter VekselmanIt’s always buyer beware and blows my mind that people will spend a week googling what type of coffee maker, computer, tv or clothing but when it comes to signing up for a guru they literally do no background research With the amount of info in the internet today, I do not feel much sympathy for people who spend five figures on a two day training and are upset because they didn’t leave the training with ability to 10x their investment.

We have a baby now in the house so it is pretty rough.

So now I adopted a relative's baby and have a 5 month old son. 

I'm in the process of adding all of my experience to my biggerpockets dashboard, so you will see the first one soon, my baby!

Think about these two examples:Example #1 - Family of 3....dad, mom, and 1-month old baby.

Close the door, put away the clothes, hide the basket, etc.

The sink  for dishes use this other one, clothes use this other one. 

I give her a red devil and an orbital sander and a pack of sandpaper and she gets that baseboard smooth as a babies bottom; it makes a huge difference in the paint job and I could never afford to have professional painters do that.

I asked her to get the heating and clothes dryer  vents   professionally cleaned ($300?)
