I didn't catch it at first, but it was a few days in when I started to get a lot of errors from my automated systems, as those leads were being processed. 

The ones who express interest but not quite ready, we capture their email address and now they're thrown into a funnel with automated marketing messages with copy tailored fit.

(Creepy seller has video cameras, “what do you want” automated Voice recording by front door, TV on all the time even if nobody home.)

As for my day job, I work in the cloud IT automation workspace.  

On the mortgage it says “This debt is evidenced by Borrower’s note dated the same date as this Security Instrument (“Note”).....I don’t see anything else recorded.

Assuming one day you’d like the services of a wholesaler, would you prefer a call, automated voicemail, post card, email, or what?

And my model is fairly automated.  

Are you looking for an out of the box solution and alright with not having fine tune control over the automation or are you looking for something that would require more up front work that would allow you to modify to your liking? 

I am not familiar with Texas laws, but I would use two instruments here in California to accomplish your goals.
