Before you officially set up the LLC it is worth digging into it a little more here to understand the limitations it will place on you in terms of financing.

Get a letter of authorization to talk to the owners lender.. you want to double check whats due etc.

Identified an opportunity due to the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) launching their FIT (Feed-in-tariff) Program.

But, a question...in Florida the taxing authority is only required to mail the owner at the addres the Owner has provided on file, and if the owner moves it is Not the responsibility of the taxing authority to search any further.

If someone want's to take charge and "officially" organize it there looks to be interest in attending in Lincoln.

If you insist on doing it yourself, you simply go to the county clerk of court, official records search. 

I should have a better idea of the cost after I finish looking at similar units in the area.I’ll have more questions after I speak to the city officials and will re post on this.

I prefer not to have to deal with housing authorities or additional inspections myself.  

the applicant signs a authorization for you to view their credit,criminal...you submit the info to the screening service they provide you with the info, you decide if you want to approve or decline the application.
