We've discussed this mindset before, but it's just so dang obvious when attending those meetings over and over in person. 

Luckily, we've got some guests who have already secured September-November for us because of the local attractions/events.

Hi Connie,I actually just attended a REIA event this past weekend where Bill Noll spoke and offered this same package.

In any event, the cost of an appraisal should be a pass-thru expense.

After being ignored for a few months, I found out they closed on this deal because they use Meet-up events and webinars to present their new deals and raise money.

Get around the networking groups where they attend and keep asking around like you're doing. 

I would also recommend looking at Meetup as well bc a lot of the events don't always get posted to Biggerpockets. 

We'll be sure to be very specific about what happens with any life events in our operating agreement either way.
