Just to give some context, I started flipping houses in my senior year of college at Rutgers University while I was studying Economics and Real Estate.

I am planning on following school and going to university meaning I would finish studies at the very least at 24 years old, but I would like to start investing before then to not waste any time.Here is my issue, I am not sure how to get a loan or how to raise enough money to be able to start investing by a younger age.

When I started selling real estate, I was 22, and my broker, among others, told me I should work with 1st time buyers because I was young, and to do open houses in the university area.

I'm doing different types of deals, but networking principles are pretty universal.
