I have spent the past few months analyzing properties in Davenport, just from the MLS, and it seems like there are great cap rates which we are optimizing for.

I am interested in meeting more local investors to grow my network. 

These forums are a great place to learn and meet people, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned investor.

If you don't have those two on your team, I'd start meeting with some locals that come highly reccomended and build those relationships.
