I have found a former wedding venue that has been listed for sale at $1.1MM.

According to Realtor.com’s residential listing database, active inventory in March 2024 rose 4.5% MoM to 695,000 units (that’s up 23.5% YoY!)

This PM stated he will not list the property untilthe last week of April.

Worcester Listing Inventory has been incredibly low, even considering annual market cycles, but has finally bounced back in March to compare with this time last year.

Wondering where to list them online for leasing?

So if they failed to do that and didn't pay March's rent, do an inspection and send them a list of any repairs/cleaning and include March's rent as a cost.
