I put a couple of paragraphs below with my opinion about it, feel free to disagree, happy to hear the other side.Thanks again for the responsesThe buyer doesn't pay the commission directly, it comes from the seller's proceeds (which originate from the buyer), and the buyer may have leverage which would allow them to capture some of it.
