At the apartment complex where I worked (Fort Collins, CO) we required a larger security deposit for non-citizens because it is more difficult to look at credit/eviction/criminal history.

I am working on a flip right now in fort Myers Florida.

We are HQ in Tampa but have a few in Fort Myers and Naples and I have not come across any offering limited service. 

I'm reaching out to the agents and property management companies to ask about a single-family rental that is on the market in Fort Worth.

@Corby Goade I've called about 200 banks and have 3 here in Dallas Fort Worth who I'd be willing to share.

@Andrew Erickson The city of Fort Worth Texas allows shipping container homes on foundation, and I am in talks with TXDMV to determine licensing requirements to build container homes on trailers.

What I think triggered him was the general attitude of Andrew's original comment that he "drops a yellow letter on their ***".That shows a predatory attitude toward the homeowner that isn't necessary or laudable.
