not sure how you are finding them but the way your post is written I bet I am correct in that assumption.I would suggest if you want real results I would find some local deals in your market that you are sure are good deals and are actually yours and you are not just remarketing other investors deals.the other issue is to be successful wholesaler you really need your own investor database.
