Do I report the sell of the home, and skip the installment sale section and just use form 1099 INT for the interest i receive from the buyer?

Could private lending be used for things like funding materials for a construction company so they could get jobs installed more quickly?

You should pitch that to them and other DIY channels and or producers.There are always deals in every market.
