Long term game, we are looking to really target multifamily properties for long term wealth accumulation and cash flow, but I don't see how that could even be remotely possible in the CA market without substantial starting capital.Some of my other thoughts creating our indecisiveness include:-Despite the amount of research and networking we do, would out of state investing for a beginner not be advised?

My immediate goals are to be more active on BP, join a local REI meet-up, and network with others.

Networking has been my most powerful tool.Of all of the books i have read, marketing i have sent out, research i have done. 

I look forward to networking and bouncing some questions/ideas of off some more experienced investors. 

I would go to local REI meetups and network with other wholesalers in the area and see who they use.

Some members on here have local meetup groups so it might not be a bad idea to join a few of them to network with investors in the area as well.

When I acquire an off market property at a good price and want to move it quick, before I even give the public (or even my large private buyers network) an opportunity I look into a shortlist of buyers I have a strong relationship with.

I would like the option of paying cash for a property Where financing is not immediately available.To build strong networks in the industry: the more diversified the better.To practice cultivating and evaluating deals.To hone my negotiation skills.I learn best by doing, so I am hoping to be of service to someone who already has their feet in wholesaling, and is living near the San Francisco bay Area.
