It takes me a ~3 business days to get a background check done, that is nearly a week if a weekend falls in there.I show as soon as I get notice. 

It did not work for me and my situation to go and knock on people's door that were in foreclosure, but it made me money AND helped the people in the house.It did not work for me and my situation to do my first rehab almost by myself every night and weekend for several weeks, but it made me money and made me realize that I was going to have to hussle to find the deals AND fix them up(I stopped doing that pretty quick and got contractors).You may have to be a little inconvenienced to do more.

Looking for good ATL networking events on evenings or weekends (outside of normal work hours).Preferably free and not sales pitches for paid programs/seminars.Thanks!

We just put it on the market last weekend and we have already gotten 6 applications filled out by people who want to rent it.Here are some before pics:Here are some after pics:Our total for rehab was about 10k.  

My original plan was to go FHA and move into one of the units, however my realtor (who is also the listing agent for the property) is suggesting that I go conventional as he believes the property will receive multiple offers by the end of the weekend.

Work every weekend and do open houses from your team and people in your office. 

They've called the police on a younger couple that had a get together on a weekend in their backyard rather than going and asking them to keep it down.

This gets them through the weekend....if needed.Took a month or so to adjust, but now it works great.

Just my personal time on nights and weekends.
