These agreements enable homeowners to access their equity without taking on additional debt.

It's not a good strategy to scale IMO, but it is often a good strategy to help you build a solid foundation for your portfolio and then use those properties as leverage so you can scale.

Any guidance or support that you can provide regarding these legislative rules will be of much help for my career and my future here in the United States.
